Hey there, I'm Becky, the proud owner of Walks n Washes. Animals have been my lifelong passion, shaping my journey from childhood to now. I've always been drawn to them, from teaching dogs cool tricks to enjoying walks in beautiful places where they can just be themselves.

As I grew up, I volunteered at a vet's office, learning so much about animal health and care. From comforting sick pets to handling the energetic ones, I gained a lot of hands-on experience that taught me so much about their needs and behaviors.

Then, I spent time volunteering at kennels, where I learned how to handle dogs of all kinds, whether they were shy and nervous or bold and outgoing. It was a fantastic learning experience that taught me patience and empathy, and how to connect with our furry friends.

After school, I pursued my passion by studying nursing and becoming a Qualified Veterinary Care Assistant, which included learning essential first aid skills for animals.

Later on, I decided to focus specifically on grooming and trained to become a professional dog groomer. I worked in a grooming salon for a couple of years, perfecting my skills and techniques.

Finally, I took the leap and started Walks n Washes, a grooming service that reflects my dedication to providing top-notch care for your pets.
